Thank you for shopping with us. Every order is made specifically for you through our trusted print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is custom-made, production and shipping times are different from traditional retail stores.

Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order is shipped.
During busy periods (such as holidays, product launches, or sales), production may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping to Ireland

Ireland is our primary shipping destination.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Estimated total delivery time:

8–17 business days (including production)

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International Shipping

We also ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal services.

Most international orders arrive within:

7–20 business days after dispatch

Production time should be added to the shipping estimate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Number of items ordered
Product type

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Other circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered within Ireland, no additional customs duties are normally payable.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
A description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on production location and stock availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.
